Sie liegt direkt am Doppelsee, einem der sieben Triglav-Seen im alpinen Gletschertal, das auch Tal der Triglav-Seen oder Sieben-Seen-Tal genannt wird. Dieser See wird Doppelsee genannt, weil er sich bei sinkendem Wasserstand in zwei Teile teilt. Einige der sch\u00f6nsten Touren in den Julischen Alpen f\u00fchren an dieser H\u00fctte vorbei - <a href=\"https:\/\/triglavtours.com\/tours\/triglav-7-lakes-hike\/\">eint\u00e4gige Sieben-Seen-Wanderung<\/a> oder <a href=\"https:\/\/huttohuthikingslovenia.com\/de\/tours\/seven-lakes-valley-hut-to-hut-hike\/\">Mehrtageswanderung von H\u00fctte zu H\u00fctte<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Aufgrund der Sch\u00f6nheit der nat\u00fcrlichen Umgebung ist die H\u00fctte ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel, vor allem f\u00fcr Familien, aber auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt f\u00fcr Aufstiege auf h\u00f6here Gipfel.
